These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of rebar.shop and any purchase of rebar, fabrication, estimation, detailing, or delivery services from Rebar.shop Incorporated (“Rebar.Shop”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order or using the site you agree to these Terms.

1. Quotes & orders

• Quotes are valid for 7 days from issue unless stated otherwise. Steel pricing changes daily; expired quotes will be re-priced.
• An order is accepted only when we issue a written confirmation and (where applicable) the required deposit is received.
• Material grade: all reinforcing steel is supplied to CSA G30.18 Grade 400W unless otherwise specified on the order.

2. Custom-fabricated goods

Cut-and-bent rebar, cages, stirrups, dowels, and any item produced to your specifications are made-to-order and non-cancellable once cutting/bending has started. See our Refund & Returns Policy.

3. Pricing, taxes & payment

• Prices are in CAD, exclusive of HST/GST and delivery unless stated.
• HST/GST is applied at checkout per the delivery address.
• Payment terms: 50% deposit to release production, balance due before dispatch. Approved accounts may receive net terms in writing.
• Late balances accrue interest at 1.5% per month (19.56% annual).
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Interac e-Transfer, and EFT/wire. Card payments are processed by Stripe.

4. Delivery & risk of loss

Delivery scope, lead times, and freight terms are governed by our Delivery & Shipping page. Risk of loss passes to the buyer on offload at the delivery address (or on pickup at our yard).

5. Warranty & liability

• We warrant material to meet CSA G30.18 mill certification. Mill test reports are available on request.
• We warrant fabrication to match the approved cut list / bar bending schedule. Discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
• Maximum aggregate liability is limited to the invoice value of the affected order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or downstream losses (project delays, crew downtime, etc.).

6. Acceptable use & AI tools

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to circumvent security, or upload unlawful content. Drawings and files you upload may be processed by our AI estimation tools subject to our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Ontario.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or placing a new order constitutes acceptance.
