Refund and Returns Policy
The terms of the E-Commerce Return Policy are as set out herein subject to or with priority given to the Terms of Sale. This policy may be changed from time to time at the Managing Agent’s discretion. The requests for product returns not received within 5 days of receipt of the order will not be considered by the Managing Agent of the Seller. Also, the Managing Agent’s written return authorizations (i.e., “Return Authorizations” or “RA”), as provided at the Managing Agent’s sole discretion, are required for all returns.
Generally, the Managing Agent’s provision of an RA will only be considered for standard size materials (i.e., full lengths that are not cut-to-length products). The grant of an RA may include and be conditioned on the application of a restocking fee and shipping costs.
Cut-to-Size Materials can not be returned, subject to limited exceptions. Again, if a RA is authorized, a restocking fee (as determined at the Managing Agent’s discretion) and shipping costs may be applied. If the materials are returned damaged, the return will not be accepted.
If there was an error and an order was not fulfilled in complete compliance with its specifications, please contact email@example.com to discuss possible corrective action to resolve the matter.
Step 1: The Seller should email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide their order number and reason for return. If the Managing Agent authorizes the return, an RA shall be provided to the Buyer with the return address.
Step 2: Ship the item back via UPS, FedEx, USPS or other carrier to the return address listed on the RA. Please write the RA number on the outside of the package.
Step 3: Provide the Seller with the tracking number once the item has shipped.
As soon as the Managing Agent receives the returned Materials, subject to the application of any applicable charges, the warehouse will restock the Materials and, if applicable and the material is not damaged, a refund will be issued. The Buyer’s refund will be in the original form of payment. Total processing days will vary based on days for shipping and re-stocking.
